• All of our products are handmade in small batches. Slight variations in color, texture, or scent may occur.  
• Orders are processed in the order they are received. Please allow 2–8 weeks for processing and delivery.  
• By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate information, including name, email, and shipping address.  

• Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.  
• We currently accept payments through Venmo and PayPal. Payment must be completed at checkout to confirm your order.  
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and added to your total.  

• We ship orders within the United States (and internationally, if offered).  
• Once a package has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damages caused by carriers.  
• Customers are responsible for providing a valid shipping address. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customers are non-refundable.  

• Due to the custom, handmade nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns.  
• If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at care4me@verareyorganics.com within 7 days of delivery, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.  

• Our products are made with natural ingredients; however, individuals may react differently.  
• Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient lists before use.  
• We are not liable for any allergic reactions, sensitivities, or misuse of our products. Always test on a small area of skin before full use.  

• All content on this website—including text, images, product names, and logos—is the property of VeraRey Organics LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.  

• VeraRey Organics LLC is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or website.  
• Products are not FDA-approved and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.  

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict of law principles.
